Intermediate Sr Girls Gym (10+)

Intermediate Girls Gym (10+) Levels 5-7 

This 1 hour and 55 minute class is designed for athletes who are working on Levels 5-7 and have mastered the fundamentals of gymnastics. These athletes are looking to learn and develop more advanced skills while improving their strength and flexibility! These athletes should have successfully completed the HHGC Girls Gym program, and and have recently passed Level 4.

Prerequisites for this program include: a chin-up pullover (from a block) on the bars, a bridge kick-over (from a block) on the floor, a handstand-flat-back on the vault mats with a trampoline and a spring board, a roundoff on the floor, and a half-handstand on a high beam. 

Fall Session : Sept 9 - Dec 15 (no classes Oct 9) Registration begins July 17th

Winter Session:  Jan 6 - Mar 29 ( no classes Feb 19 or Mar 29)  

Spring Session: Mar 30 - Jun 21 (no classes Mar 31 and May 20)  Registration begins February 20
