What makes HHGC stand out from any other facility is the care and compassion every coach seems to provide to every child. |
|
In my opinion, the club achieves its vision of creating a safe, fun and supportive environment for my daughter to explore gymnastics. More importantly, she simply has fun and is excited to go each Tuesday night! She looks forward to it all week. |

Enrolling our kids at HHGC is by far one of the best places we've ever attended. Gymnastics is great exercise but when you add in a comfortable atmosphere to learn and excel in, it simply allows for exercising to be fun. |
| I believe the HHGC will continue to provide safe options for parents to enroll their kids to grow and an outlet for the parents to come together and give back to their community. More importantly, this club will also provide a goal oriented, self-confidence building and focused environment for older kids who often become distracted by less constructive pastimes. |
| It's clear that HHGC instills a high level of caring in their coaches as kids of all ages are accepted and treated with respect from the moment they come through the doors. Thank you for providing such a caring environment for our kids to participate in. |
| What is also great as a parent is that if ever I feel I need to bring up a concern or even a scheduling conflict, management is always there to help and will do anything they can to ensure everyone is happy. |
| Birthday parties at Halton Hills Gymnastics - In one word, awesome! Our 6 year old had a blast. There were 11 kids attending and when they say stress free, they really mean it. The kids had their own private room so it felt like you were on your own and not in a large facility. And best of all, the coaches as always were extremely pleasant and fun. It was by far the best party to date and she's already requested it be held at HHGC for her 7th birthday. |
| My child likes her coach and very much enjoys coming to HHGC. |
| If it weren't for the coach, my daughter would not have continued after the trial class. She completely felt welcome and felt like she belonged. Thank you! |
| The staff and coaches are wonderful. |
A SPECIAL MESSAGE TO PARENTS: Do you want your son to be the best athlete they can be? Hockey? Soccer? Football? Lacrosse? Basketball? Baseball? Track & Field?

There is great synergy with what the educational system is striving for in the overall development of children and the opportunities HHGC can provide.
HHGC can support the efforts of schools by encouraging a healthy lifestyle, providing age appropriate and unique exercise, promoting good nutrition, building teamwork and increasing self-esteem. Key physical education curriculum components can be addressed through class participation. HHGC provides supportive and positive coaching, a safe, well supervised environment and lots of FUN!
Our gymnastics classes for elementary schools are well organized, exciting and fun! From the moment they step off the bus until the last activity, our classes are planned and executed so that every moment counts. Our amazing coaches will take the group through a thorough warm-up, followed by a number of exciting gymnastics activity stations that will include: Tumbling, Beam, Bars, Vault, Tumbl Trak and Obstacle Courses.
They finish the class with a spirited group activity to make sure the bus ride home is very quiet! At the end of the class the children will not only be tired, but very happy. They will want to know when they can come back for the next class!
Safety for the children is our number one priority. All coaches have first aid certification and are trained in our 'Safety / Risk Management' program that includes first aid procedures, emergency response, fire regulations, equipment safety & inspection, proper spotting techniques and activity supervision. All coaches promote safety for the children, themselves and the other coaches.
HHGC has many advantages over the competition, but the most important is COACHING EXCELLENCE! We have over 30 coaches on staff. Here is a brief profile of our senior coaches.

HHGC was incorporated as a non-profit organization in 2005. It is a non-profit, volunteer led, professionally managed organization that depends heavily upon families supporting the Centre as well as on businesses of the community.

To make positive and lasting change to the participants of the centre, through the provision of high quality gymnastics, tumbling, trampoline and other physical activity programs in a safe, stimulating and nurturing environment.
The sport of gymnastics enhances both the physical and social development for all those who participate. Gymnasts can benefit from the simple accomplishment of learning a new skill, to the ultimate reward of teaching skills to new, young aspiring gymnasts. The club programs benefit all participants by enhancing a healthy, active lifestyle, personal achievement, increased self-esteem and self-discipline. It presents the challenges that foster courage, determination and hard work in pursuit of fun and athletic excellence.
The Centre offers a full range of progressive gymnastics, tumbling and trampoline programs, for both boys and girls of all ages and abilities, starting at 12 months old to youth, teens and young adults. Special activities and events include holiday camps, birthday parties, PA days, drop-in days and our famous year end show. Strong local partnerships have been formed such as the one with ‘Canadian Tire’s Jump Start Program’ which provides funding to families in financial need who wish to enroll their children in one of our great programs. Our gymnasts and their families are active in community events such as the Santa Claus parade as well as supporting other community organizations such as the ‘Adopt-a-Family’ program with ‘Links-To-Care’.
We provide great job opportunities and leadership training for local students. These young coaches are given sports, recreation and leadership training that will help them in their future employment and educational pursuits by instilling a solid work ethic and sharing our commitment to excellence. Local businesses also get involved in our sponsorship program by providing much needed equipment, services and funding.
Most importantly of all, we provide a healthy and welcoming environment for community members of all ages, abilities and backgrounds… At HHGC, EVERYONE IS WELCOME!
