 Drop In Begins September 10th

Looking for a fun and safe place to hang out? Come bring your busy preschool aged child ( under 4 ) to one of our fun-filled drop ins! Parents will stay with their child while their child explores our gymnastics equipment.  Bounce on the trampoline, swing on the bars, tumble down the cheese or jump in the pit. No experience necessary. Get involved and play with your kids in the best gymnasium in town.  Please note that this program only runs during the school year (Sept- Jun) and follows the same schedule as our recreational programs. September 10 - June 22 2024.  There is no drop-in outside of these dates. There is no on Statutory Holidays.  Drop in is for Pre-school age children only.

18 months - 3 years. This program is for the toddler who loves to be on the move! This class involves parent participation and is led by a coach through a structured warm-up, games, music, and circuits on all gymnastic events. This is a 30 min. class.

Boys & Girls age 3 – 5 years. Kindergym is a fun-filled, structured program that improves balance, flexibility, strength and coordination through our progressive five level skill system that is both rewarding and challenging. This is a 55 min class.

Advanced Kindergym Boys and Girls: 4-5 Years 

 This is a program for the advanced kinder-gymnast who shows a keen interest and potential for gymnastics. They will learn more advanced basic gymnastic skills, spend more time on the equipment and focus on developing skills with the polish and presentation needed for further advanced gymnastics training. These gymnasts will be working on higher levels within the Kinder program. This program is for both boy & girl gymnasts! This is a 55 minute class for gymnasts aged 4-5 years.

Prerequisites -  Baby Cartwheel, Baby Bridges without support, Baby Handstands, Hangs on Bars, Balance on higher beam without help

The Aspire Group will learn pre-developmental skills for the goal of moving toward the competitive program for female gymnasts. These gymnasts will spend more time on the equipment to work on advancing the skills they already have.  Emphasis is put on strength, flexibility, and balance development. Gymnasts will start to become familiar with the Ontario Developmental Program (ODP). This is a 1 hour and 25 minute class for gymnasts aged 4-5 years.

Prerequisite:  This program is for children who have been recommended by a Coach or Manager demonstrated  and have the ability to grasp the concepts of the fundamentals at a more accelerated rate, and have been in a gymnastics program for a minimum of 2 sessions and are ready for more challenges. More exercises to develop strength, co-ordination and flexibility in order to progress. At least 2 sessions prior to this class is a pre-requisite.
